Fiber notwork not reliable!!

Fiber network already out in my area for 24 hours, need to work... Only feedback there is a network problem....No turnaround time, no feedback, and the say only in my area?? If you look on a outage map its all around South Africa!!! And the list is just growing with all the problems....Is it a outage with a cable outage in the sea or whats going on. Requested feedback, only get the same "copy and pasted" feedback the whole time. Fix this please! There is people that need this fiber to do their jobs, to get money to eat!!!
