Fed-up with Metrofibre's Non-existent client support

Metrofibre is one of the worst Firbre network providers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From a sloppy installation that is now giving me endless frustration to the non-existent service support, it has just outright been a disaster being a client of theirs. Because the installation was done so badly we often have cable failures, once a fault is reported it takes days for them to respond, and then another couple of days for them to actually get it fixed. Then they still charge for the repairs. Last time it took 10 days for them to finally get our internet fixed, today same problem, I reported a fault this morning and it's been 12 hours without a single reply from them, guess it's back to no internet for another 10 days. They are really unprofessional and my biggest regret is choosing them as a provider.
