Falsely promising free upgrade and suspending my service twice.

I was called by a sales consultant with the pretence of asking if I am happy with my service and I was. I was completely happy with my 25mbps R450 line and had no need for an upgrade, however the sales person said my area is up for free promotion to 75mbps line at no cost to me for 12 months then only I had the option to upgrade and pay for the higher line. I kept asking if it was free and was told no cost to me, just the same amount im currently paying. I was sent a invoice with a higher price R650. Since I pay by recurring payment and not debit order I was now in arrears. I requested a ticket which was never answered, I even followed up myself in a week or two. The next month came with another invoice. Then I followed up another time when I received notice of suspension and received no response. Then my line was suspended and I called with the original ticket number and was sent to sales, then to finance and thankfully they reactivated my line but left the issue unsolved saying it was escalated. The second time my line was cut I called again with a bit more urgency in my voice and they reinstated my my line once again. I asked that they call me back with a solution and have not yet recieved a solution.

I have again got a notice of suspension and will be very upset if I have to sit with this issue again. 2 people in my household work from home and we cant be missing 2 or more hours every time this happens.

The reason for my 2 stars and not one is that the people are very friendly and understanding but I think they have a staff shortage or something by the looks of the amount of complaints here on hellopeter.

I believe that I am entitled to the upgrade now because they can surely just listen to the first call as they record it right? Perhaps the sales person had targets and misinformed me.

Please with all respect and kindness, solve this issue now. Thank you
