False speed
I am sick and tired of this service provider. There is ZERO support. I am paying nearly a thousand Rand per month for 250mbps line yet the speeds are pathetic. I can barely watch a YouTube video without it buffering, let alone other social media without constant buffering. I am fed up now and will never recommend this service provider. I will Oprah that the cancelation process isn't as bad as the speed.

After 2 years, I finally get what I am paying for.
Well done to Metro fibre and Jabu!
May you confirm how I will be reimbursed for the monies I payed, yet didn't get the service.
Kindly note, I have a 256mbs line but was given a WiFi Router that can only output on 2.4ghz, which in essence, ensured I DO NOT get even half of what I required in transfer rate over WiFi.
Kindly confirm.
After 2 years, I finally get what I am paying for.
Well done to Metro fibre and Jabu!
