False Advertising

Firstly i would like to let you know, that you guys are the most useless fibre operator out there, from the installation till activating my fibre....absolutely useless....

Secondly, your do false advertising, i signed up for the 50mbps deal, ur deal states that if i sign up with an approved isp on the metro fibre network that i will qualify for the 400mbps promotional speeds.... my chosen isp is webafrica....which is approved by you guys

I have been activated on wednesday, till now i have not received the promotional speeds

I have contacted support soooooooo mannnnnnnnny times for this, no one seems to know about the promotion or can't help me with it.....

Please WAKE UP and dont rob customers with false advertising
