EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, *********** STAFF AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!(MAKES ME SICK)
Firstly if it was possible i wouldn't give a star at all!!!!
So here goes. 1. 13.09.23 my contractor started removing ground to lay foundation to build boundary wall, when we find our fibre line has been laid into our neighbours yard crossing the boundary into our yard. I contacted the lady whom assisted with our installation last year and she advised i need to log a ticket with vodacom for a TP relocation: SR*** - ticket from vodacom issued 336680. 15.09.23 no fibre was advised of outage in KZN ...next day still no internet, Sunday still nothing called they logged another ticket SR*** ticket from vodacom issued 337520. Technician came out on the 17.09.23 advised fibre down to break in the line but because we logged a ticket for TP relocation no point in doing the repair, will inform maintenance team and someone will contact me back. Nobody did. Received a call on 19.09.23 from a lady from maintenance to confirm if maintenance came out as yet inform no, she said she will follow up. Technician came out again on the 20.09.23 noted and stated will advise supervisor to give go ahead while quote sent to vodacom, and will come through next day as I informed them this is delaying my driveway being completed as concrete needs to be laid and cannot be done until line is laid into my yard. NOBODY CAME !!!! Since then i have been calling everyday, spoke to vodacom consultant whom escalated to metrofibre as they stated nothing on their stoep, called metrofibre after escalation and was advised that vodacom should not have logged a ticket but rather place an order as that is the process for TP relocation.Called vodacom back on the 21.09.23 to inform they advised that it is not actually a TP relocation but a re-installation as we are not moving premises neither is the ONT box being place in another room. It needs to be logged as a re-installation and they will update the detail on the ticket and email to metrofibre, escalate and mark it as priority Called Metrofibre on the 22nd consultant stated info is very misleading will log another ticket for re-installation will receive an sms and she will call back within an hour with an update....NOTHING AGAIN!!!! I called metrofibre again on the 26th apparently the call on the 22nd has no record of such in fact there is nothing even recorded. They will check and provide feedback. NOTHING AGAIN!!!!!!! I called on the 27th they said I need to speak to vodacom, called vodacom they advised there is nothing they can do as metrofibre is the provider for infrastructure and it is an infrastructure issue. I called metrofibre on the 28th spoke to a consultant who said the re-installation will cost me R2500 i advised there is no way i am going to pay for a fault that I have no part in when i explicitly informed the technicians where to install even to point of indicating pegging that was clearly visible as to where our boundary is. I cut the call to calm down because by now my PATIENCE IS DONE!!!! When i calmed down i called again spoke to another lady advised not sure why they stated i will be charged that, will speak to installation manager and get them to call me.....NOTHING AGAIN!!!!! I called about an two hours after not receiving a call, was advised to email complaint to *** and a response will be sent through the same day....NOTHING AGAIN!!!!! I called today this morning around 10.30 spoke to another consultant was advised feedback will be given .... NOTHING AGAIN!!! LAST AND FINAL CALL AT 13.34 WAS ADVISED A CALL WITHIN HALF AN HOUR....NOTHING AGAIN IT IS NOW 14:20 AND IT IS WELL PASSED 30MINS.
CONCRETE IS BEING LAID TOMORROW MORNING WHICH MEANS I NOW HAVE A FIBRE LINE WITH NO NETWORK AND I MUST KEEP ON PAYING THE INSTALLMENT EACH MONTH TILL MY CONTRACT ENDS.
NOT A DAMN ....IF I DO NOT GET A RESPONSE WITHIN THE NEXT 30MINS THE MATTER IS GOING TO BE REPPORTED TO ICASA!!!!
