Extremely poor service, frustrating

Zero customer service or support, zero communication. No response when you phone them ,you wait for hours until you give up. My account has been suspended, but I paid and forwarded pop.No response at all,im still trying to get to speak to someone right now, but no response. Extremely poor service. I
