Extremely poor client support
Metrofibre Networx are probably the worst service providers to have ever existed. I am using their service and I critically need it as I work from home. It has been down for almost 2 days now. But I cannot get through their call centre, to find out what is the reason, since when you call customer support you constantly get a message the number is busy. And if you are lucky to get through, you will be on hold for eternity. Extremely frustrating! I just wonder how on earth are these guys still in business. They are expensive and have a virtually non-existed client support.
