Extremely Disappointed with MetroFibre's Service and Management

MetroFibre is an absolute disaster. After finally getting my fibre line installed last Saturday—only because I pushed for it—I expected it to be activated promptly. But no, your incompetence knows no bounds. First, I was told another technician needed to come back. When I pushed harder, the excuse changed to not receiving the paperwork for an installation that happened five days ago.

Your management is a joke. They refuse to speak to clients and hide behind clueless customer service reps. This whole experience has been a nightmare, showcasing nothing but your company's sheer disorganization and lack of care for customers.

Fix this mess immediately. Your current service is a disgrace.
