Extremely bad service no wifi since Thursday

I have never such a pathetic horrible service , I have been without wifi since Thursday, I followed up with Vox Telecom and they advised the call was logged with this metro fibre and they are not responding to their follow ups since they are supposed to send a technician from thier side, can metrofibre pull thier damn socks and sort the mess from thier side, it’s not like I’m not paying for my services with Vox but if Vox is depending of such a pathetic company to service their clients then this is sad
