EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND DISORGANIZED MANAGEMENT

Metrofibre network apparently they don't treat their customers fair.. to mention few Pretoria and suburbs they get the spec attention and they do sort whatever problem that occur. I'm staying in Kwa Thema and it been four to five months now not being connected to their fibre.

They are busy responding with the same statement and they don't even care with us.. Their services is terrible. I wish that they can terminate their fibre around the area because they are very useless. They don't take Kwa-Thema very serious. Their management is disorganized.

I've been in their office two or three times and the respond that I got was not professional. They think we don't our right as customers especially black people. I suggest anyone who intern to take the contract with them please don't squander your time and money and sign up with them.

You rather look for another ISP provider. We wasted our money for nothing.. their speed is terrible and the ridiculous price. You are not getting what you pay for. They do throttle their speeds. Please be advised
