EXTREME BAD SERVICE
Extreme bad service! mis-representation of their services to the point that i want to report them to the ombudsman! No service for weeks on end, no phone calls no call outs just NO SERVICE!

05 Jun 2023, 16:03Thank you for the response lets see how log the service lasts this time. After the last ticket it worked exactly 4 hours and it is now one and a half weeks later that hopefully it works. Your email addresses means nothing complaints and queries are logged with all the email addresses only one who responded was your accounts department when they wanted money! The fact that i have to revert to social media to have my ticket resolved is just sad! Your service is horrible and i will be looking for another service provider!

05 Jun 2023, 16:11The problem is not that the email addresses is not active THEY DO NOT RESPOND! The service is continuously off so we continuously have to log queries. I am very dismayed at your services and extremely dissatisfied!
