I am a new customer at MetroFibre and I have just received the best service from Phindile Msokwini. When we talk customer service, we refer to such agents who are well-trained and know what it means to provide a service. She is really patient and calm and goes all out to make sure we understand why we had no internet. She deserves a raise.
