Exceptional Service From Ntsiki Jacobs at MetroFibre

I needed Fibre rather urgently due to the Corona issues and subsequent lockdown and was extremely stressed however i decided to call Metro Fibre to look at my options. To say the Service was superb would be an understatement of the Century. Truly i dont think i have ever spoken to a more competent human. Ntsiki Jacobs made sure that i felt assisted and followed through with every promise made to me. An amazing, patient , exceptional individual. She got my Fibre sorted in record time and i couldnt be more grateful. I mean we are going through a pandemic but people like are still working efficiently and ensuring that the service is still exceptional. Truly World class.
