Excellent service from Vincent - support team!

When i phoned for some technical support, the gentleman with the name Vincent assisted me, and although i was highly irritated because my internet was not working, he stayed calm right throughout the call. I was getting annoyed because my line was also not clear so i had to ask him to repeat things for me the whole time, Vincent stayed friendly and calm and he stayed with me on the phone throughout the whole call, did everything with me step by step until my internet was back on and connected. I know i was a difficult client yet he stayed cool and collected. Thank you Vincent for assisting me and staying patient.
