Excellent Service from Mr. Kabelo Seageng
I have had an issue with my Wi-Fi connection since I moved into my new place at the begging of May, and no one at MetroFibre had a clue what they were doing.
And then on the 5th of May 2023, I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Kabelo Seageng. He was professional. efficient and very friendly.
He is the only one that got to the root of my issue and actually resolved it quite quickly.
Thank you Kabelo, truly appreciated :-)
