Excellent Service

I changed ISP providers and Metrofibre contacted me on 6 April 2022 to arrange a swop of the ONT. Mr. Ben Winkler was at my premises at the exact time that we arranged. He was very friendly and efficient and I received confirmation that the line was activated within 30 minutes. Mr. Winkler also updated me via Whatsapp the moment the line became active to allow me to engage my new ISP. Impressive service from MetroFibre.
