I wish to convey my sincere gratitude to Ben Winkler for the Fibre installation at my house today.

Since the Fibre roll-out in the area, we tried different companies and the level of service was not acceptable.

It is our first time to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, very professional, who listens and answer all your questions without getting annoyed. A good communicator who communicated with us on time so that we could arrange someone to be at the house. He also followed covid protocols.

After installation he explained the next steps and we are happy. Mweb has confirmed already that they will take over as MetroFibre is done with the installation.
