I would just like to take the opportunity to give kudo's to staff member at Metrofibre by the name of Ntsiki Jacobs

She is at the webafrica ISP department in metrofibre.

I would just like to bring under your attention that persons like Ntsiki Jacobs is valuable and must be looked after.

From the first step on my journey with Fibre, Ntsiki Jacobs went onto and above the normal to keep me updated, sorting out the steps and finalising it.

I can say that it took not even 2 hours from ONT installing till I started on Fibre.
