Excellent customer care

The service is amazing 😁. From start to finish. Replies on my emails getting started were almost instant and when my router arrived i couldn't set it up and because it was 9pm i just dropped an email but hoping to fix it the next day but i got a call from Chantel one of the agents just moments after my email and she assisted me and got me connected and netflixing in no time😅.. she was so friendly and patient, she wasn't even bothered by how late it was.
