Enable my fibre at home

The new apartment I am renting have an agreement with Metrofibre - the fibre is included in the levy. There is a technical problem though with my unit's installation. I work from home and have been waiting for them since 1 March to enable my service, without any success. I cant move in until the fibre is working and have now lost half a month's rental already and have to keep on paying at my old house. Calling their contact centre on the hour, every hour and one escalation or excuse after the other, no feedback and no end in sight. The clock is ticking and I lose more money every day. They have to do better.
