Empty Promises Galore
To anyone reading this please take note that Metrofibre has taking since early September 2022 to simply sign off on our entire complex installation. This means we are effectively in month 7 of empty promises. I am going to do everything possible to find a different supplier.

10 Mar 2023, 17:22Please see below response from Metro Fibre after promising the end of every month they now estimate an estimated completion by then end of March but can not provide a definitive date.

We trust you are well. Kindly be advised that the provided area ******** is in the execution phase, and we are unable to provide a definite date when it will go live.
Once the physical build is complete, there are numerous quality tests that need to be done before we can activate the estate as we need to ensure that everything is up to standard. We estimate that the whole process should be completed by the end of March if everything goes according to schedule, but again, we are unable to provide a definitive date. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further assistance.

Yes, that is correct.
There are different factors that affect the go-live date, it could even be something as simple as the weather.
We do try and work as quickly as possible and try and limit any factors that would change the go-live date.
We will keep you updated.
