Dodge dealings

I signed up for this under the impression that it’s a month to month package. Now I’m being told to pay for months the wifi wasn’t active because it’s a subscription. How can I pay for months when the WiFi was switched off when i didn’t make payment? I paid yesterday(3 July) but they still require payment for months prior
