The worst service provider!!!

I’m currently without internet/Wi-Fi for the second week now. When I call them I’ll wait on the line for 30 minutes, and still I wouldn’t be assisted. They said their ETA for sending out their technicians is 4 days, but I’m on day 15 still waiting for them. I am honestly disgusted with them. Now I have to buy data whereas MetroFibre has already debited my account even though they are not providing any services.
