My experience with Metrofibre when I had an issue has been horrible. I haven’t had wifi for the past 5 days and when I keep calling I get given the run around and I have been waiting for a technician the whole day, with no help or further communication. I am honestly appalled as I have missed work and school work due to lack of wifi.
