If you have a choice please DO NOT sign up with this company. On their infrastructure and service line your fibre will be slower than a sloth. If you have to pay R200 more for another service provider please do it. You will have peace, respect and reliable fibre when you leave this company. Unfortunately even on another service provider some of your money will go to finance this company when they own the infrastructure. The cost is nothing compared to not having wifi and agents talking to you like you are not human who pays them.
