Dissatisfied and angry by your service

I have now been sitting without WiFi connection for 3 weeks.

When contacting your agents on WhatsApp ***), they keep on telling me that the technicians will call me back.

I'm told that they apparently called me on Monday (28 August 2023, which is a lie but I let it slide) but they didn't cause I have no missed call from any unknown number on that day and after speaking to an agent on Thursday (31 August 2023), they requested that I provide an alternative number and that I would receive a call on Friday 01 September 2023.

I did a follow-up again on 02 September 2023 in the morning and was told that they called me on the previous day but I was unavailable.

This is now the second time they have **** to me and I even provided a screenshot showing that no call came through on my phone on the 1st of September.

This morning an agent said to me that the maintenance team will be in contact with me but up until now (the time is16:20), no one has made contact with me.

I have requested the matter to be escalated to a supervisor and also requested that a supervisor should call me but nothing has happened.

Your service is really poor, I must say.

Honestly I can't wait for my contract to end so that I can cancel this ****** subscription.
