Dishonest business
Overall they're network is good and no sites issues. Main issue is with their dishonest approach to the referral program. I referred two people to metrofibre using the referral code. Both people have completed theirs applications using the link with one active and the other coming online next month. The activated client is showing as not complete on my profile and when I queued this they said the client didn't use the link to complete their sign-up. The activated client is my sister and she absolutely used the link, she even shared the email she received after using the link stating an agent will make contact to complete sign up. She also reiterated that she was referred during the phone call. Metro are insisting no underhandedness with the swapping of referral codes for their call centre to make commission but the evidence points to a different scenario. They refuse to credit my account with the referral and state they are unable to retrospectively correct this which is unacceptable. I suspect my second referral will follow suit

Of course you are able to manually edit referrals, speak to your developers or issue a credit on the account to rectify as a good faith gesture/apology for your internal errors.
Your internal sales procedure after referred client completed their initial contact is what lead to the changing of way it moved through a system.
Please listen to your recorded call with Mrs Prinsloo where she explicitly states she was referred.
