Disgusting service from metro fiber

Disgusting service from metro fiber , my network is not running and I have been calling them the whole day going pillar to post with the matter not being resolved. I use almost 300 rand calling them , you will be on the line for long time but still the matter is not resolved. I'm considering to cancel this month to month service with them.
