Disgusting Customer Service!!! They dont even deserve a 1 start.

Disgusting customer service! I logged a ticket on their website and started conversing with their "support" chat. They said they would urgently advise me on the situation I am suffering from and absolutely no feedback. My wifi has not been working since Friday the 30th of June, the technician came out to inspect the router on Monday and advised this is a cable fault. I work from home and not being able to do my job is ridiculous.
