Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting service. Line transfer to new premises, don't believe them when they say it takes 24 hours.

Support doesn't help. Take HOURS to get a single response.

They then claim a tech will have to be booked as they "can't see" the hardware, yet I see an optical signal fine from the ONT.

They hire people who don't give a **** about their clients and just don't want to help. They want to do nothing and claim a salary. Absolutely sickening.
