Disappointing with the Service

I’m very disappointed with Metro Fibre. At this day and age we still have such a bad customer service. Internet connectivity is a need for some of us who work from home. I changed address to a place that is covered by them but I’m 3 days without service. Then I’m told it’s a weekend, they work business hours, how with such an important service.
