Disappointed with technicians lies

Hello. Sadly yet again I have to rate your service delivery as pathetic but due to Technical staff like Clement this has been the outcome. He was here with Roland last week with specific instructions to change the ONT which he didn't saying that you gave instructions not to change the ONT. Clement seems to be bearing an old grudge from his childhood it seems and this should not affect his job, in my opinion.

He should have done what he was instructed to and what he's getting paid to.

This has put an enormous strain on my income and health. If this is their get me back for whatever happened in the past , only they know, then that's low.

I have been in contact with Vox daily and they have been trying to help but if idiots at , metro give false reports like the way Clement has...

I trust that the matter be put to rest ASAP and that technicians who value their jobs so them properly.

I cannot afford to lose another month of income.
