Disappointed

I took wi-fii from metrofibre last year December but i couldn't continue paying for it as i had financial problems. So I haven't been using it since january. So i called because im now able to pay now they're saying I'm owing R2800 . This doesn't make any sense to me what am I paying for because wifi was blocked all thi time. Kindly fix this
