Dangerous manhole

Metrofiber signal is good but their action on repairs are pathetic. After months they could not repair a manhole cover that is dangerous for us in a Retirement Village. I have lodged a complaint with you, filled in their form, with no reaction. Not even after a email requiring the delay.
