Coverage Outage / Poor communication/ Clayville Ext 76

It's been over 5 days now without Internet connection in Clayville Ext 76, I don't know what is worse between not being informed whether there is actually technicians working on resolving this issue or the inability of Metro Fibre updating us on ETA. Everyday we reach out to Metro Fibre, and the only response they have is that they are aware of the outage.

The service is extremely poor on all levels. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. A complete waste of money, no value for money here.
