Connectivity and Responsiveness

I called Metrofibre cause my connection was down, I was assisted by a lady called Phindile. She was very helpful and kind.

After reconnecting me she constantly checked if I was not encountering any issues.

I have been with MetroFibreGo for 2 years now and this was my 1st connection problem since I had the fibre installed at my home. I must say I am very much satisfied with their service.
