Communication ignored!
Be careful when signing up with MetroFibre as they ignore queries, outstanding issues, and e-mails. As a result, I've requested my services be terminated and it seems that request is also being ignored. What a pathetic organisation to work with. Fortunately, there are a number of other fibre service providers that are able to offer a better service and at a cheaper rate.
