Commendation to a Metrofibre employee

I wish to personally commend Zaza, Finance Section of Metrofibre for her exceptional and excellent customer focus and assistance she gave me today. Zaza ensured that both the client and the service provider for whom she works, resolved a mutually beneficial agreement amongst ourselves whereby she also ensured that no undue financial pressure was placed on me and an alternative solution to my problem could be found. In doing so she has reassured me that there are businesses out there who have empathy for their customers and that we can continue our relationship going forward.
