Charlatans and Bull****ters

Dear God what a horrible bunch of people. It has now been 7 months trying to get a debit order sorted out with them .First took 4 months to get a debit order loaded, then they go and F#CK it up, numerous calls to get the debit order cancelled and removed from my account just to have a debit order go off for the incorrect amount. R 1596.00 more than what my invoice states!!!!!!

They do not care how they treat their customers and even better, they are unable to take responsibility for their ****ty actions and attitudes.

Cant wait for their generic response to this.....
