Change of address wifi nightmare

All they know is “we are escalating the issue and no feedback afterwards. What’s the point of operating 24 hours and have no one to assist. The worst service provider ever! I asked for my address to be changed and the wifi to be activated at the new address. Nothing much needed to be done because infrastructure is already available st the new address. 24 hours later I am still waiting and the matter is still being escalated!
