Cancelled account yet still charging me for something that is not working

Terrible Terrible Terrible service. I have cancelled my account because I was moving and turns out that the agents did not cancel my account. A month later I am receiving outstanding balance for something I am not using because there is no connection where I am now residing and I called numerous times to cancel the account. I will not be paying for something that I am not using. Something that I have cancelled already. It's not my fault that *********** agents failed to cancel my account when I called or failed to advise where I can cancel. They told me they will cancel it. Now I'm calling asking for phone call recordings where I cancelled and they fail to answer and they still expect me to pay.
