Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with us.
I can understand how frustrating and concerning it must be to receive a collection notice after your account was cancelled and all payments had already been settled. We appreciate your explaining the history of the account and the efforts you have already made to have this matter resolved.
Please be assured that your concerns are being taken seriously. We are currently reviewing the account details, including the cancellation request and payment history, to determine why the outstanding amount was referred to collections. We also acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the lack of resolution to date.
The matter has been escalated to the relevant department for urgent attention, and we will work to ensure the records are corrected should any discrepancy be identified.
Feedback will be provided as soon as the investigation has been concluded.
Kind regards,
Sibonisile
