Cancelation

I was told I can move my account to my new address . Then I moved and was told I can any more awesome to score another payment I guess . I then cancelled my account in the beginning of December . Still have no idea if its cancelled and I asked about returning the router still no response . Origanaly I would have cancelled in November . How many months extra money will now go out of my account ?
