Braindead Contractors

Government damaged the fibre cable 10 days ago. I am with Afrihost but these useless *********** workers at metrofibre own the line. Metrofibre "contractors" claim they cannot fix the fibre line because of dirt covering the line, just to mention, the fibre cables are buried UNDER the ground! It is OBVIOUS that when repairing a cable you will need to dig to get to the cable. They are SOOOOO EXTREMELY USELESS that it is actually funny. It shocks me to my core how totally *********** they are. Like how do you even have a company if you cannot even use that brain to know what you will need to do to fix something. It shocks me that these are the type of people that we have to use and depend on for internet services. Utterly useless and pathetic.

How many times are theh gonna come out again to investigate the damage? Another 100 times before they can actual put their "brains" together to get it fixed? Send me the equipment and I will fix it myself, it is not rocket science!!
