Billed for inactive router
I have been billed for router that was never activated. I have emailed the support and finance team several times seeking help however I was told I got billed regardless of the inactive router.
My account has been handed over to debt collectors.
I have requested the proof of when router was activated and dates, times and devices that connected to router and they failed to provide me , instead they are telling me to pay R2285.
How do you bill client while the router you provided is inactive.
When I they deliver the router I was told is not active because their lines are not activated because they are still doing installations in Riversideview.
I was told I will receive sms or email to notify me when they go live in the area.
However the email and sms I received was notifying me I owe them the above amount.
