Ben Winkler - great service

My internet has been down for almost 2 days. The support people on WhatsApp were unable to resolve the issue and instead order a new ONT to be installed. Ben Winkler contacted me about the installation. I explained to him that I did not need a new ONT, my service was just not working. He was able to sort out the issue and get the internet service working again after just 10 minutes.
