BAD SERVICE FROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Since last year I've been having a issue with them not receiving payments...every time I query & send through POP. 31st of January I received a email from finance dept saying everything has been sorted out & all payments allocated. Yesterday (13/2), I received a sms saying services will be suspended as I'm in arrears with R1500 & something. I phoned finance dept again this morning & the lady told me again to send POPs, which I said I wasn't going to again as everything is on email & that she must check. As far as I'm concerned service is shocking & I seriously regret the day I signed up with Metrofibre
