Bad service

Bad service if any. Dont use them. Every time it rains the internet goes out. This is a major problem. The whole business stands still due to this. Try callings them on a Saturday... more than a hour and no answer. What a joke. There is rugby on and i am streaming. Today is the 4th time this week im calling them with line issues.
