Bad service

I regret the day I switched to metro Fibre, I had the worse experience since I joined them March 2023, every month I call for a query without a fail. I don't have peace o mind , there communication is the worse, they time forever to answer calls, debit order don't run as communicated , when I advised them that I will do an eft , they tell me that I need to pay on the 1st or my account will be suspended, I am really not happy
